Qualification Statement Intra-Spec, Inc. is a small design firm, located in Marina Del Rey, California. Owner and Principal Designer, Susan Caruso, has been personally involved in each project contracted to Intra-Spec, Inc since its founding January 1990. Intra-Spec, Inc has more than 20 years of solid Hospitality Design Experience creating exciting hotel and restaurant interiors in many parts of the world. Intra-Spec is dedicated to maintaining a close, direct working relationship with our Client, creating a sophisticated design without overstepping the budgetary parameters of the project. We are committed to meeting our Client's prescribed schedule and individual needs.
